Coordination in Critical Incident Management Systems (from an ifnormation systems perspective)
- Research Description
My research is concerned with improving coordination in critical incident management (emergencies, of course, but critical non-routine events as well) through ICT support. The idea is to come up with a framework to help in designing and managing existing systems wth a new approach that may involve emergent coordination, taking into account patterns, flexible workflows and agent-based technology.
