Research Description: Due to technology the character of organizations have changed into more network like organizations. The key word is Digitral Organization. This has changed the practice of governance dramatically. In this research I presume that interaction management is key in Governance in Digital Organizations. The study argues that governance needs a comprehensive approach, and can be limmited to 4 major domains. The result of the PhD is a comprehensive model for Interaction Management in a Digital World, and aims to support managers in finding the right strategy in specific situations. The rpesumption is that more effective interaction results in better performance.
